CBT is  a talking-focused treatment that targets the client’s thoughts and behaviors. The first step is to identify these dysfunctional behaviors and thoughts. The second step involves challenging patients’ irrational beliefs and dysfunctional behavioral patterns.

Psychotherapy offers a treatment model that is both effective and dynamic. In each session, the patient gains a new approach as she/he interacts with the therapist and makes positive changes.
